Sounds like somebody has a case of the mondays...

With April 15th right around the corner and my busy season coming to an end I've been thinking more and more about the summer months. Barbecues, beer league softball, being able to wash my car, etc...

What I think I'm most excited about is being able to see my family and friends again. I've felt like a social invert since last fall. That probably has something to do with being broke as a joke (at least that's what I'm telling myself) but I'm still hoping to have some social life back in a couple of weeks. to bed, got to get up early and dive into the wonderful world of tax. I'll leave you all with a funny clip off of hulu. If you like Christopher Walken you should check this out.

Allow myself to introduce...myself

So my college roommates wife has a family blog, and I'm not going to lie, I'm kinda jealous that she gets to share her thoughts all the time.

My wife is staying at her mother's house for a week helping her mom recuperate from a recent surgery and my father is on a business trip to Florida. So now I'm home all by myself, bored out of my mind, and missing my wife. I figured, why not, I'll give this blogging thing a try.

My name is Larry Ciccarelli. I'm a 26 year old living in Stratford at my father's house with my wife. I got married on October 10, 2008 after getting engaged in May 2007. I work as a tax accountant at a local CPA firm here in Stratford. As i'm sure you can tell by life is extremely exciting.

It's funny...before I met my wife and we started dating I was a self sufficient college kid who knew how to cook, clean, do my own laundry, and generally get by on my own. Marli and I have been together for almost 6 years, SORRY...OVER 6 years (edited at the request of Marli...grrr) now and I'll tell you what, when she's not around for long periods at a time I just wander around like an idiot. It's times like these that makes me realize how much I love my wife.

It's Saturday night and I'm just watching TV. I wanted to stay in because I haven't been sleeping well lately because I've been working late nights. When I'm not working my mind is thinking about the 25 things I'm going to have to do the next day at work. It's a vicious cycle.

Anyways...I figured I'd just toss some quick thoughts out there to get this blog started. I'll be posting my trials, tribulations, raves, and rants as often as I think to.

Welp...see ya later
